What we make
Printable activities that help children ages 3–11 build judgment about AI, plus a free bedtime story tool. The free Theory Test takes about five minutes and shows which habits your child already has. The articles cover what to say and what to watch for, and each one comes with a free printable. The printable kits go further, and they’re sold on Etsy.
Everything is built around four habits: Think It Through, Check It, Keep It Human and Decide. Ages 3 to 7 work on the first three, mostly away from screens. Ages 8 to 11 add the fourth.
Who it’s for
Parents and other grown-ups raising children ages 3 to 11. You don’t need to be good with technology. Most of the activities are printed pages and a pencil.
How the content is made
Every article starts with a real conversation with a child, and their words are quoted exactly as they said them. The articles and printables are drafted with AI help, and a person reads every one before it goes up. The Bedtime Story Machine writes each story with AI while you use it.
Our privacy promise
We never save your child’s name, age, test answers or stories. The Theory Test and the Learner Permit run entirely in your browser. The only personal information we keep is a parent’s email address, and only when you give it to us: for a free printable, a story keepsake, or news of new activities after the Theory Test.
