Using the site

AiWhizzkids is for parents and other adults who care for children ages 3 to 11. You can read the articles, take the Theory Test, make bedtime stories and download the free printables without an account. Please don’t use the site to break the law, to harm anyone, or to overload or interfere with it.

Free printables and paid kits

The free printables and the kits sold on Etsy are for personal and single-classroom use, unless a listing says otherwise. You’re welcome to print as many copies as your family or your own class needs. Please don’t resell them, share the files publicly, or pass them off as your own.

The articles, printables, the Theory Test and the design of this site belong to AiWhizzkids.

Purchases happen on Etsy

Every kit is sold through our Etsy shop. Payment, delivery of the download, refunds and order questions all follow Etsy’s terms and policies. Prices on this site are a copy of the Etsy price. If they ever differ, the Etsy price is the one that applies.

AI-written content

The Bedtime Story Machine writes each story with AI as you use it, and no person reads a story before you do. Our articles and printables are drafted with AI help and read by a person before they go up. Either can still contain mistakes.

Nothing on this site is professional, medical, psychological or legal advice. The Theory Test is a starting point we designed ourselves. It hasn’t been tested against how children actually do, so trust what you see at home over what the page says.

Parents supervise

The tools are made for a parent to use with their child. Please read each story before bedtime, and stay with your child when they use this site or any AI tool.

No warranties

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it as it is. We can’t promise it will always be available, free of errors, or right for your family.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, AiWhizzkids isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using the site, the free tools or the printables. For a purchase, Etsy’s terms and your rights as a buyer on Etsy apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
